We can create online forms to duplicate your hard copy forms and allow your clients or members to submit the forms online. This section will allow you to view and test a basic on-line form that can be filled-in and submitted via the Internet. This demonstration is a basic form but forms can be customized to your specifications. If the form requires original signatures as in the case of a loan application, it can be printed once it is filled in online. Once submitted, you can view it at a remote location in its original form, edit it for processing and the information will interface to a database for archive and retrieval at a later time. Once submitted, a login and password is required to view and edit the information for administrative purposes.
