Micr Toner is used when printing your Credit Union MICR Account Numbers on check stock with security pantograph backgrounds. We supply toner for all major brands of laser printers.
Receipt Paper Rolls are available in White, Yellow, Green and Pink colored paper.
Our Receipt Paper Rolls are BPA Free.
Receipt Paper traditionally contained BPA (bisphenol A (BPA) chemical which is used as a coating because it provides stability and heat resistance while providing the thermal image. There has been plenty of debate in the industry regarding the health effects of BPA exposure. While BPA Free paper used to be more expensive, cost have come down and we now supply BPA Free paper at the same price as paper containing BPA. You can assure your tellers and members that handle receipt paper that our paper does not contain this chemical.
Self-Mailers are much more efficient for sending out Letters and Notices to your members. We offer the traditional 3-4 Part Dot Matrix/Continuous Form Style and the newer 1 Part Pressure Seal Style (does require the use of a pressure seal machine but you do eliminate the envelope).
While we still offer traditional paper based forms and envelopes for annual notification of 1099’s and W-2’s we also offer electronic filing software for e-filing 1099’s and ACE Software that complies with the Affordable Care Act using 1095-B, 1095-C, along with Transmittal Forms 1094-B and 1094-C.
